We want to assure you that our core business functions are operational and will remain so throughout the course of this challenging time. We continue to be well equipped to meet your needs.
While we do not anticipate hindrances in our ability to serve you, we would like to draw your attention to the following modifications to some of our usual business practices:
- FLMIC’s office building in Oviedo is closed and will remain closed until further notice in light of the public health threat.

Your point of contact remains the same, whether that person is an underwriter, claims specialist, or any other team member. Our office telephone system will forward your calls and/or voicemails to the appropriate party. Staff members can still be reached by email or telephone, and our business hours remain the same.
