    Ray Ferrero, Jr.

    Mr. Ferrero serves as the Chairman of the Board of Directors of Florida Lawyers Mutual Insurance Company. Since January 1, 2010, he has been the Chancellor of Nova Southeastern University, an independent not-for-profit private university located in Broward County, Florida. From January 1, 1998 to December 31, 2009, he was President of the University. Prior to January 1, 1998, Mr. Ferrero had been in the private practice of law in Florida since 1960. Mr. Ferrero graduated from the College of Law, University of Florida, and received a Bachelor of Business Administration from St. Johns University. Mr. Ferrero served as President of The Florida Bar in 1987. He is Chair of the Executive Committee and a member of the Business Development/Risk Management Committee, the Claims Committee, the Investment Committee, the Nominating Committee and the Underwriting Committee.

Mr. Loucks graduated from the College of Law, University of Florida, and received a Bachelor of Arts from Earlham College. Mr. Loucks is a member of the Executive Committee.

Mr. Disque is the Treasurer and a director of Lawyers Reinsurance Company and a member of its Investment Committee. Mr. Disque is Chair of the Investment Committee and a member of the Executive Committee.

Mr. Abadin graduated from Loyola University School of Law in 1985. He received a Bachelor of Arts from Tulane University. He is a member of the Florida Bar Board of Governors and served as President of The Florida Bar for the 2015-2016 term. Mr. Abadin is a member of the Underwriting Committee, Investment Committee and Nominating Committee.
