Oh, how the years go by!
Florida Lawyers Mutual is currently celebrating 35 years of serving Florida lawyers! For nearly a decade, lawyers have known us by our vibrant shades of red, gray, and blue — signaling our financial strength, our personal relationships with our members, and our stability in the marketplace. But not so long ago, we had a different look — one we still like to shine a little “sunlight” on from time to time.
Throughout much of the 1990s and 2000s, Florida lawyers knew our brand by its iconic sunshine logo. Indeed, one could not attend an Annual Florida Bar Convention or a major voluntary bar association function without encountering those inspiring, beaming bands of yellow!
Florida is the Sunshine State, after all, and we love being a mutual insurance company created by Florida lawyers and for Florida lawyers — it’s right there in our name!
So while we have a new face today (one we love just as much!), we still find ways to shine that sunlight wherever we can! Take this article, for instance… and search around our website to find all the other creative ways we incorporate sunshine imagery in our branding.
