A great song can shake you out of autopilot, change the tone of your day, and give your mood exactly the reset it needs. Whether it’s something upbeat that energizes a walk, a track that helps you focus through the afternoon slump, or a familiar favorite that makes you smile at just the right moment, music has a way of elevating a moment and even improving your whole day.
That’s why we’re excited to share our all‑new 2026 Well‑Being Week in Law playlist, featuring a fresh mix of staff‑favorite songs chosen to help you move, recharge, and have a little fun along the way.
A Playlist Built for Real Days (Not Perfect Ones)
This year’s Well-Being Week in Law playlist was created with your real life in mind. It’s not just for workouts (though it works great for those). It’s also for:
- Turning a short walk into a mental reset
- Making a quick stretch or desk break feel intentional
- Adding some momentum to your morning or calm to your evening
- Lifting your mood on days when your to‑do list feels a little too long
Each song on this year’s list was selected by members of the Florida Lawyers Mutual team. And we hope that it proves to be a collection that’s energizing without being overwhelming, familiar without feeling stale, and varied enough to suit whatever kind of movement (or moment) you’re finding time for.
And because well‑being doesn’t stop when the work week does, you can come back to it time and again long after Well‑Being Week in Law wraps up.
A Few of Our Favorite Selections
Of course, we love all the tracks on this year’s list. But a few of them stand out as favorites, and we thought it would be a good idea to share why we find them so special.
Olivia Dean – So Easy (To Fall In Love)
“I’ve been listening to Olivia Dean for a few years now, and she’s finally getting the kind of attention and audience that her music deserves” says Marketing Manager Jason Brown. “She has a terrific voice and can apply it to feel-good songs and breakup tracks equally well. But for a quick mood booster, you can’t beat this one. It offers classic style and musical influences with a modern touch, and of course Olivia’s vocals here convey the kind of ‘floating on air’ feeling that comes with new love.”
Lady Bri – Good, Good Day
Resources and Services Division Manager Liz McCausland, Esq. added this favorite mood booster to the playlist, explaining “Whenever I need to kick off a long work day with the right tone or want to spark some energy during the afternoon slump, this is my go-to song. The tone and beat are automatically uplifting, and then the lyrics are impossible to ignore. ‘It’s gonna be a good, good day’ indeed!”
Hannah Montana/Miley Cyrus – You’ll Always Find Your Way Back Home
Marketing Assistant Jennifer Silguero offered up several great tracks, including one that combines uplifting music with a little nostalgia. “This song brings me back to my childhood,” she says. “It reminds me that no matter how far life can take you, you will always find your way back. It’s uplifting, encouraging, and it’s a bop!”
Make It Part of Your Well‑Being Week (and Beyond)
This year’s Well‑Being Week in Law theme encourages all of us to care for ourselves in ways that are sustainable and enjoyable. Music fits right into that mindset.
Pair the playlist with:
- An Awe Walk or short walk outside
- A new physical activity you’ve been meaning to try
- A stretch break between meetings
- A midday reset or end‑of‑day wind‑down
There’s no “right” way to use it. The goal is to find moments that support your physical and mental well‑being – then let music help set the tone.
