Ms. Bald is in private practice with the firm Harllee & Bald, P.A. in Bradenton, Florida, with which she has practiced for more than a decade. She graduated from Stetson University College of Law in 1984 and received a Bachelor of Arts from Vanderbilt University in 1980. Ms. Bald is Chair of the Underwriting Committee and a member of the Investment Committee, Nominating Committee, and Executive Committee.
